Your widget keeps working — nothing shuts off mid-month. Extra conversations on paid plans bill at €1.20 per additional 100 conversations. The Free plan is the only one that pauses at its cap, since it's meant as a taste of the product.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes — every paid plan is available on an annual billing cycle at roughly 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).
Can I change plans later?+
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, so you keep what you already paid for.
